How lucky am I to get to explore these stunning coastline as part of my job 🥰.

This week I had the privilage of joining @jimsjollyjaunts on day 1 of his 3 day hike along the Causeway Coastal Route.

We started at Carrick A Rede, crossing the famous rope bridge, with the sun shining, blues skies & a little wind in the air.

As we looked down, the colour of the water below, crystal clear, the sound of waves crashing off the shoreline, the breath taking coastline around us was so magical.

From here we headed along the trails stopped at Ballintoy Church (my first time inside), then down to Ballintoy Harbour a beautiful location,a must see on your trip.

We walked out to Elephant Rock, then enjoyed a little cuppa at Ballintoy Cafe on our return - delicious homemade treats & fuel to get us back up the hills back to the car 😋

I dropped Jim off to his accomdation @fullertonarms - such a lovely afternoon with great company

Today was very special & one I'll cherish forever 🥰

I had the honour of welcoming Debra, Douglas, Ruth & Michael all the way from Massachusetts, USA 🇺🇸, to our amazing area of Binevenagh & a place I get to call home.

We enjoyed lunch in 'wee John's Barn' , all homemade delights & locally sourced..... Irish stew @marshallhowe_ freshly baked bread @huntersbakery_ apple tart & custard & finishing off with a wee cup of tea!

For those who know will know why Apple Tarts has to be on my menu everytime .....My mum made the most delicious Apple Tarts - who remembers them?

I got to share the story of Ella Mor, read a little bit of poetry I had written, talked about our family who have been farming this land for over 100 years & gave a little insight in our local community.

Today's guests got to sampling local produce from @broightergoldrapeseedoil - their favourites was Rosemary & Garlic and also Lemon, before heading out into the field to meet my brother @jonnys81 who explained how our farm had diversity over the generations, such a privilage having him as part of this experience.

Our trip ended on top of Binevenagh Mountain & their reactions was 'Wow what a way to end a wonderful afternoon 🥰'

What if becoming stronger had nothing to do with b

What if becoming stronger had nothing to do with becoming smaller?

What if strength meant learning to trust your body, managing stress better, building confidence, and surrounding yourself with women who genuinely want to see you succeed?

That's exactly what Strength in the Wild is all about.

Hosted by myself this special women's event brings together strength training, wellbeing walks, expert speakers, and a supportive community of women.

We'll explore:

🌿 Women's health and menopause

🌿 Stress, anxiety, and wellbeing

🌿 The connection between mind and body

🌿 Recovery, lymphatic health, and self-care

🌿 Building confidence through movement

You'll also hear from one of my clients, whose transformation in mindset, strength, and confidence has been incredible to witness.

This isn't just an event. It's an opportunity to invest in yourself.

See what I see. Hear what I hear. Feel what I feel.

I had the pleasure of being invited to join @amandamcg582 for part of her journey as she takes on her own personal achievement to walk the Camino de Santiago & what an honour it was.

We walked along the Portuguese Coastal Route from Viana de Castelo finishing in Viago in Spain.

4 Days of walking, laughing, chatting & meeting walkers from all over the world from young to old taking on this incredible journey for their own personal goals. So Inspiring to here their 'whys'.

We got to explore stunning coastlines, found beautiful little villages tucked away in hidden gems, ate traditional food, chatted to the locals & we took so much time out to reflect on ourselves.

Walking does wonders for the souls, sometimes it takes a walk to clear the mind & remind the heart where it belongs ❤️.

How lucky am I to have experienced so much over the past few months, to find myself, open doors I never knew existed & grow so much in confidence in doing so.

I'll be forever grateful to be surrounded by the best - what an experience.

Best of luck to Amanda as she finishes this incredible challenge - so proud ❤️.

An opportunity of a lifetime… truly what dreams are made of.

Four unforgettable days hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc through Italy, Switzerland and France with Alps Adventures 🇮🇹🇨🇭🇫🇷

My very first solo adventure—and I don’t think I could have chosen a more incredible way to do it.

From the moment it started, it felt special. Guided by the most inspiring mother and daughter duo (@sally.climbs.mountains) , whose bond and energy set the tone for everything that followed. There was so much laughter, so many shared moments, and a group of strangers who quickly became friends.

Life in the mountain huts, long days on the trails, pushing through tough climbs, and then stopping to take in views that honestly didn’t feel real. Every step challenged me, but every step was worth it.

This trip gave me more than just beautiful memories—it gave me confidence, connection, and a reminder of what I’m capable of.

Sometimes the best decisions are the ones that scare you a little…

And this one changed everything 🤍

This weekends adventures was on the trials of Binevenagh Mountain with a fabulous group from @roe_reformer for their 'Peaks & Pilates' community event.

We hikes our way through the forest, onto the mountain trails and reached the top to capture the beauty of the landscspe below.....breathtaking as always.

That feeling as you step onto the mountain, everything around you stops with only the sound of laughter amonst the group fills your soul with so much joy.

It gives you a chance to stop, slow down & take the time to look around you 🥰
